Form Four's JumpStart Program.
In the 8.4.4. Education System, Highschool and being a KCSE Candidate was one of the most solemn, scary yet very important Transition Moment to every Student’s imagined Future. The most important part of a student’s academic journey is how they finish as opposed to how they started. It is very important that they come to this consciousness in order for them to take this last stretch with the seriousness it deserves. Most want to Finish Strong but they have to be Jumpstarted first.
HOW IT’S RUN:
This is a Term One program that is can be held virtually just before they go to back to school and physical sessions when in school. Through this we are able to cover topics such as; Your Position as a Candidate, The discipline of an Excellent student, Time budgeting, and Candidate’s Effective Study Skills.

That’s why we are intentional to equip these young and NextGen leaders who have the potency of becoming the future Servant Leaders. Peer Counsellor's Training
Statistics show that 72% of peer counselors in schools lack proper training and curriculums to guide their sessions yet an average teenager will run to their peer for advice first. This may lead to a lot of misinformation and poor decision making in the long run. That’s why equipping as many students as peer counsellors with Training and Session Manuals will not only make the effective but as well transform them and the student fraternity wholistically.
HOW IT’S RUN:
We train Schools peer counsellor’s team equipping them with skillsets and tools for their effectiveness. From onboarding, capacity building, continuous support and monitoring.

Teacher's Wellness Support
Over 40% of teachers report high stress levels, and nearly 30% show signs of burnout. Teachers working with teenagers in Kenya urgently need wellness support programs. They experience high stress, burnout, and mental health challenges which are widespread.
HOW IT’S RUN:
We conduct structured wholistic wellness sessions at the start of every school term to equip teachers with stress management tools, emotional resilience strategies, and peer support networks. In addition, a 24/7 confidential assist line will be available, ensuring teachers can access professional counseling and guidance whenever they need it.
This dual approach—proactive sessions and continuous support—creates a sustainable framework for teacher wellbeing and enhances their capacity to positively impact teenagers academically, emotionally, and socially. It has reduced staff turnover in schools and administrative conflicts and costs.
