Ebenezer Omwilwatsi is the Founder and Director of EBENO CONSULTANCY LIMITED, a firm dedicated to enhancing mental wellness, leadership, and personal growth through expert Counseling, Mentorship, Capacity-building, and Training solutions.
With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Diploma in Counselling Psychology, Ebenezar brings both scientific insight and empathetic understanding to his work. His commitment to lifelong learning is further demonstrated through specialized certifications in Transformative Leadership, Trainer of Trainees (ToT), and Customer Experience Management, which equip him to deliver holistic and impactful services to individuals and organizations alike.
As a counselling psychologist, Ebenezer is especially passionate about helping teenagers navigate emotional, academic, and social challenges, and supporting parents to foster more reflective, intentional relationships with their children. He also partners with corporate clients to promote employee wellness, strengthen team dynamics, and cultivate resilient workplace cultures.

High School, St. Clare Nembu Girls, and St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary.
In the corporate sector, he has provided mental wellness support to over 10 organizations, including FOCUS Kenya, ICEA Lion, Beacon of Hope, and Resilient Woman Africa. Additionally, he has offered one-on-one counselling, coaching, and career guidance to more than 100 individuals, helping them navigate personal and professional growth.
